Fair Condition
Kelly Bluebook considers a car that is in reasonable running condition, although
it may have some mechanical and cosmetic defections, to be in fair condition.
The interior or/and exterior have some flaws and belmishes that need work
done by a professional service. Tires do not have tread wear left and their
may be rust damage that is repairable.
